What is the plot of the upcoming movie, “Passing”? 

The storyline of the upcoming Netflix movie directed by Rebecca Hall revolves around two ladies, Irene and Claire. They are bi-racial women having the ability to pass as white. Both of them are shown as childhood best friends. After reaching a certain age, both of them decide to go the different paths of their lives. Claire decides to marry a white and wealthy man, John by passing as white. On the other hand, Irene identifies as African-American and marries Brian Redfield, a Black doctor. After reuniting, both ladies get highly involved in each other’s lives. 

During their meet-up, Clare gets to know about the difficulties faced by Irene after marrying into the black community.
