An international business is being built around this new platform. WhiteHat Jr founder Karan Bajaj will lead the efforts to expand the school’s offerings of music, science, and English classes. The WhiteHat Jr CEO also hopes to offer fine arts classes to this new market.

The Importance of Online Schools Like Byju’s Future School and WhiteHat Jr Company

“Children need a well-rounded education. While public schools do their best to prepare children for the future, Byju’s Future School will allow kids to master vital skills they will use in the future. By offering Fine Arts classes, music, and English, our teachers will help children take on any role they choose,” said Karan Bajaj of WhiteHat Jr.

Byju’s Future School will continue to maintain coding and math as its core competencies. Children need to understand technical skills now more than ever.

According to Statista, HTML/CSS and Javascript are the two most important programming languages. Approximately 68% of developers use JavaScript while 64% use HTML CSS. Other relevant languages include Java, Python, and SQL. Taking coding classes as a child gives students a leg up when it comes to pursuing advanced courses in high school, college, and beyond.

Those who end up in software development often spend many years of their lives writing code. According to another Statista survey, 3% of those surveyed spent five to nine years coding. Meanwhile, 20% spent between 10 and 14 years coding, and 11% had coded between 15 and 20 years. Whether students end up taking on technical roles such as data science and coding or work as business analysts and managers, basic coding skills will always be valuable.

Byju’s Future School Follows Follows The WhiteHat Jr Company Model

The Byju’s Future School will follow the same model as WhiteHat Jr Company, states Byju Raveendran, founder of Byju’s. The school hires female teachers who form bonds with each student. Currently, the new school will employ 11,000 Indian women who work from home. Classes are now taught in English, but Byju’s will also employ local teachers in Indonesia and Mexico.
