Thinking it to be the best second, Mr Clyne pulled out a hoop field from his shorts pocket as he organized to get down on one knee to propose.  

However, the field slipped out of his fingers and fell immediately into the water. Without losing even one second, he dived into the sea and moments later, emerged effective as he held the hoop field in his fingers, leaving his female friend in splits.  

“This is 100% real. 100% my luck. 100% will by no means forget….,” Mr Clyne captioned the Facebook post.

A friend, who captured the entire incident, helped Clyne through grabbing the hoop from him and setting it accurately at the vessel. After matters calmed down, Mr Clyne resumed his concept and his female friend stated sure as she laughed off the instant and kissed him.
